[Resolved] Maxbhi / Elcotek Telecom — My orders not placed even after successful transaction | |||||
Hi, my order with maxbhi.com with order no #2499096 was successful transaction and got an email also acknowledge successfully order placed and after 10 mins it's showing unpaid and order not placed. I checked with my bank and also phone pe wallet. Transaction was successful and merchant received the money. My order not yet placed and customer care not receiving call. Can you please help me with my refund of 3633.30 rs.
