[Resolved] Maxbhi / Elcotek Telecom — no product available no refund | |||||
I had ordered a screen from this site and had to pay online. Later they cancelled my order and put the money in their 'e-wallet'. They said they didn't have the product so they can't deliver it. So i asked them to transfer it into my bank account. It's been more than a month and i haven't recieved the money yet which was about rs 2500. I have already called them 7 times and mailed them thrice to expedite the refund process. My money has been transferred to some e-wallet on their site which i can't even transfer to bank account. This company is highly fraudulent and needs to be shut down. Was this information helpful? | |||||
