[Resolved] Maxbhi / Elcotek Telecom — not response

My order #1325661 orders date 01/10/2018 on the website www.maxbhi.com was not fulfilled by the supplier so i asked them to refund to money.

I also dropped a mail to customer care but they said that they will reply in 48-72 hrs time. Also i called on their customer care no. [protected], but no one is picking up the phone.

I had paid rs. 1499/- for my order they were not giving any response please help me.

Kindly help me to get my money back.

You order status is currently as "Under Process 2". The order is confirmed, we have received the payments and it is being process at the moment. Sometimes the processing takes more than usual time due to delay from our vendor / supplier in sourcing the product. Please give us a maximum of 24 to 48 more hours to completely process the order and confirm the final availability about the same from our supplier.

Also, if somehow we have not kept our promises and you do not want the product anymore then you can logon to your account at maxbhi.com and request a full refund of your order with 1 click.
