[Resolved] Maxbhi / Elcotek Telecom — Order cancelled by maxbhi amount not refunded to bank | |||||
Dear sir as per above subject I hd booked in focus glass touch and paid amount but after two days it is cancelled by maxbhi the another one available with slide greater price.so I paid rest amount but once again the order is cancelled by maxbhi.the order no is 365543 and 364052.Now after app. 20 days the amount not refunded to account. As per communication the amount is initiated before 10 days.but till time not received amount Was this information helpful? | |||||

Maxbhi is not having any return policy for it's customers, as per discussion with the company's representative on "5-Dec-2016". So, you can't return your item if you later on found:
1. there is some another issue with your handset, OR
2. you are no longer interested in this product, OR
3. you have got a better product instead.
So, please be aware before making any purchase. My personal suggestion is to first go for Amazon or other BIG websites, second, try to get your product / handset fixed by good mobile stores / shopkeepers, ..., and lastly go for purchasing the items from less established companies like Maxbhi.
