[Resolved] Maxbhi / Elcotek Telecom — order is not dispatched even after 5 days fraud company | |||||
I ordered touch screen digitizer for sony xperia z2 d6503 and tempered glass for sony xperia z2 - screen protector guard my order no is 550004. They didn't even dispahed my order even after 5 days, they mentioned they on website it will be delivered in 2 days. When i call customer service after 30 minutes they respond my call. They say every time it will dispatch today but now it is 5th day no update in my order status. When i ask to cancle and refund my money they are telling it will take 7 days. This company is fraud. I order from this (MAXBHI) site but that order canceled by them, (the next day of my order, ) still i am following to return the many from them they are not pick up my call, first week they are promised to return with in 48 hours, now 1 month over they are credited their wallet, it is one of the cheating the people pl careful
