[Resolved] Maxbhi / Elcotek Telecom — Order no 387032 & 387021 not refunded | |||
I have not received cash back to my bank account against cancelled order 387021 & 387032. I had asked maxbhi to cancel tye order on 2nd december 2016. They have refunded cash to my maxbhi ewallet. Then i put mail to maxbhi requesting to cash back to my bank account. They had replied saying cash will be credited to my bank account within 12-15 days. but till today its pending. I spoke to CC avenue payment gateway and as per them payment cancellation is not initiated from maxbhi. Please help me as its pending since December 3rd 2016.
