[Resolved] Maxbhi / Elcotek Telecom — paytm refund stuck

Sir i have ordered a product from your website, but the supplier didn't confirmed my order, after some time my order has been cancelled and the product goes out of stock my order id is #1466952. I requested for a refund on my paytm account.. That is [protected].. As i have paid from paytm itself.. Please look after my problem and refund as soon as possible.. Its already completely refunded from our-end by you only sir as for refund refund of your amount, we have a very simple process enabling you to do so in few clicks as you know you can login to your account and request for refund to bank, or you can call us or mail us on [protected]@maxbhi.com, still as refund is already initiated shortly it will be credited back to your account as per payment procedure and let us know if there is anything else we can help you with.
