[Resolved] Maxbhi / Elcotek Telecom — Received bigger battery instead xperia z5 dual

I have ordered for xperia z5 battery from the site maxbhi.com but received the battery bigger than what I have in xperia z5 dual(E6683).

When I wrote to him they are asked for all the picture in spite, I have provided comparison picture( between mine phone battery and the battery received from the site maxbhi.com), they asked to open teh phone and sent the rear site connected battery picture. However this has been provided.

As of today 7 Jan 2021 they are asking to return the battery with my cost and they will send the another battery to me. They are not accepting the mistake done by them instead they are saying this is how support works.

I would recommend do not purchase from this site. Never even if they are saying it is free.

I would like to inform you that it is clearly mentioned in our product details page and also in terms and conditions that Purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs on all products returned to us for exchange or warranty repairs.So you need to send the product back to us after approval of replacement request as we do not have any reverse pickup facility.

Finally after multiple follow up and spending lots of hour in the call they refund the money also they paid the courier charges for their mistake. But still i would suggest to not to make any mistake by purchasing the product from this site. never ever purchase from maxbhi.com

Updated by Sanjeev Saha 🤬 received the message today asking that I can get some discount on NEXT PURCHASE .. why would one purchase anything from him as next purchase. I need to clear the current purchase. I need full money refund with shipment cost I would advise every one never ever purchase anything on this site.

would like to know if I can request or flag this site for selling any further product so that he cannot make other person fool.

The number they asked me to contact does not connect and no one calls back when requested to call
