[Resolved] Maxbhi / Elcotek Telecom — Refund issue | |||
I have purchased an item from maxbhi on 8th june 2017 but some internal issue in maxbhi they have cancelled the order and refunded the amount to maxbhi wallet. From there i have requested to refund the amount from maxbhi wallet to my a/c' I requested to refund the amount to my a/c on 9th june but it was not yet happened the amount has debited from maxbhi wallet but not receive in my a/c I have send several mails and called to their cusotmer care but didn't get any reply from there side The order number is 504184 (From maxbhi.com) Please do the needful My contact number is [protected] Regards Vijayakumar Was this information helpful? | |||

It has been already completely refunded from our-end, kindly check it with your Freecharge Wallet as it will be credited back to your account as per Freecharge Wallet procedure in same account of yours from where you had made the payment and let us know if there is anything else we can help you with. Also i would request you to please mark the issue resolved.
