[Resolved]  Maxbhi / Elcotek Telecom — refund not received for 366.22

I have ordered a back case of my micromax a116. The order was successful but the merchant got back to me via email stating that the product is not available and hence, the order has been cancelled and they are going to refund my money rs. 366.22 in my bank account. They said the refund may take 7 to 10 days. Today it has been crossed 16 days but i have not received my money in my bank account and they did not even communicate to me and not responding to my emails. Please help.

Thank you for your response. However, You have not provided any reference number or date on which you have initiated the refund. If I need to speak to my back I need the payment reference number and date in order to track the details.

Almost 15 days have passed. Still no credit showed up in my account. Is that normal TAT for you?

I cannot mark this as resolved as I have not yet received the money. You have not yet provided me any reference number or the date you have made the payment to my bank. Please share a payment remittance copy.

"Its already completely refunded from our-end" - This is what they always used to say but never credited to our Bank Account. I think there's something wrong with them.
