Dear customer support maxbhi Order number 1270561. Inr 1569.00 not refunded to bank account. Please provide detailed gateway information and contacts. It is the responsibility of maxbhi.com to refund the money to my bank a/c in the same manner as i made the payment. Website says september 25th the money was transferred to my account. It is purely an absurd process of refund since it is more than 28 days. Your committed time being 15 days. Since this is a e-commerce site and i understand your call center is outsourced they keep saying gateway delay. Which is purely not acceptable. Mahesh mj [protected].
