[Resolved] Maxbhi / Elcotek Telecom — They are not refunding | |||||
On November 3rd I have ordered 1pc of LCD with Touch Screen for Samsung Galaxy A50 - White (display glass combo folder) and my order id is Order #3968507 and i received it on November 11th(it took 8days to deliver). but when it was tested on my phone it wasn't working properly and it is not compatible my phone went blank and my technician removed and fixed with another touch screen. Since my my phone wasn't working for 1 week i cannot wait for replacement .Hence i changed the touch screen immediately from local mobile store. The protective film and warranty seals on LCD & touchscreen are intact and not removed As I no longer need the replacement i requested them to refund my money back .i have contacted many times regarding this .they are not refunding my money .Instead they are saying to they replace the product (which is not useful for me) i had mentioned several times that phone is fixed and no need of replacement. The warranty expires on november 21st they are not helping to solve the issue Was this information helpful? | |||||
