[Resolved] Maxbhi / Elcotek Telecom — Wrong product delivered by Maxbhi.com | |||||
I have ordered mobile flex cable on Maxbhi.com. They have sent me a wrong product which is not compatible with my mobile and is different from what is shown on the website. I have logged a complaint at their customer care. Now they are saying to send the wrong product back to them at my own cost as they don't have a courier service available. I have told them they have sent me the wrong product so why should I pay the cost of courier for returning that product which is more than the cost of a product.
