They send faulty products and on returns they reject for lame reasons which are not technical

How do you solve your problem? What kind of misunderstanding? My cancelled orders were not refunded even after 3 months. If they were good, why blocking customers from their FB page? Why they removed all negative comments from their FB page? A reliable company never do this kind of things.

Maxbhi is not having any return policy for it's customers, as per discussion with the company's representative on "5-Dec-2016". So, you can't return your item if you later on found:
1. there is some another issue with your handset, OR
2. you are no longer interested in this product, OR
3. you have got a better product instead.
So, please be aware before making any purchase. My personal suggestion is to first go for Amazon or other BIG websites, second, try to get your product / handset fixed by good mobile stores / shopkeepers, ..., and lastly go for purchasing the items from less established companies like Maxbhi.

If you do not have a product, why list it? The fraudulent activity here is to fill your ewallet which is of no use to the customer.

My money has been taken by maxbhi.com by cancelling the order and moving the fund to ewallet. There is no option for refund to my bank account. Order #445417.
bloody fake site dont ever use this site for anything...they are totally fraud whn i cancelled my order they transferred my money into e-wallet nd didnt refunded it..i mailed them repeatedly called them and complained many times but no progress bloody ###### site ð¡ð¡hate it..ð¡worst experience of online shopping
They will call and ask to do pay for the product which is actually unavailable, then after two days they will cancel order automatically and refund in e-wallet . Basically it's a fraud company .. They cancelled my same order for 3 times and hold my money.

all my dear friends, main sabse bada sufferer hoon maxbhi ka.so i request kindly dont buy anything from these bloody bunch of cheaters and frauds.they show they have items in stock which they don't have.they don't have 99.99% of the items they display.they will not refund your money to bank, will harass u menainglessly, still harassing me with a couple orders, not even adding the money to the e wallet.i[censored] dont want to suffer, i request again, please avoid this cheaters.i have visited their office personally.there also they look doubtful completely.frauds, cheaters.kehte hain maxbhi, nehi hai kuch bhi.
Its now proved that maxbhi, com is totally a fraud company. From the reviews its clear that nobody is getting the refund. In this circumstances its time to file a legal complaint against them. In addition to this. After all i made a purchase twice i came to know that they are running a Fraud Business, Scamming Customers trying to fill their pockets. Just before i made any purchases the products or the item was still available, after all they mail me and said it is out of stock.ans the money was transferred to E-Wallet, i didn't know what that is, and i talked to them through mail(gmail), i said i want my money back to my account immediately, they reply saying already processed the refund from e-wallet to your account. And yet its more than 3 months now i never received even a single rupee in my account so far. If i'm a person who is good in hacking thei fraud websites i would have been hacked them already, instead o[censored]sing our knowledge in the wrong way. if anyone can stop them from doing what they have been doing, i'm sure online user's and people out there would really appreciate it.
Those have issue with maxbhi.com they can report by email with theses mail addresses. Just write your issues and mail all to these mails so that if one mail fails next mail can get the issue. Not only maxbhi.com any company from Delhi if involved with internet frauds then report to these mails.

I have ordered Byond B63 battery on Feb 1 night at 9.30 .p.m and my order Id is 782269 and they take the amount of 374 in by credit card . The next day i received a mail from Maxbhi order 782269 was cancelled as the seller failed to confirm the shipment. Not Yet the amount is not refunded in my bank account. Now Today One months and two days are gone.
