Maxo Phones — Received a wrong product

Hi team

Today I received one parcel which was ordered by me to purchase a Maxomobile.
I received order from gurdaspur bluedart office person, in that order I got phone which have not mentioned any brand name and it is not working. There is no bill of item don't have warrenty card. Cover box shows MAKE IN INDIA and sticker on battery and mobile shows MADE IN CHINA . There is no Company Contact No. to call them.

I am requesting to you please don't mark my order has delivered because it is not that item which have ordered And the item which I have recived it's not working/Dead.
