I ordered 'Sony Wireless Behind-Neck in Ear Headphone With Bose Wireless Earbuds' on 23rd September, 2019;4:31PM. I received a Damaged JBL Tempo On-Ear Headphone on 27th September, 2019. I was going through social media sites and I discovered an advertisement of the product on Facebook. I thought of buying it and then ordered it . It is a very serious matter that the consumers are cheated like this . Consumer order anything and receive completely different damaged product. I think some strict actions should be taken against the company. The company should be banned from selling products. I received the Ordered watch today and completely cheated by the vendor. They showed something on the website and sent exactly opposite to me. I paid Rs. 1800.

Is there any way, I can get a refund. Or contact the person to tell him to replace the order.

Same here! How can such a fraud company run their business as if its nothing. Their is no response from their side, are we ever going to get refunded the money we paid for such a worthless product, will the consumer protectors do something or not? I had paid ₹1599 for JBL combo headphones just to receive a fake jbl heaphone and it was also wired. They must pay for this.

I also got cheated in the same way... How can they repeat doing the same thing with these whole complaints in the same way... There is no one to take action against them.. Thats why they are repeating this again and again... Please make them stop from cheating another person...
