I ordered for a Casio Ediface watch and i received a junk watch worth 100 rupees. In their site there is no option for return.

They had given wrong address of Store there is no Sauna Road in Pune store adress as per their site is B15, CROWN PLAZA, SAUNA ROAD, PUNE, MAHARASHTRA

I was going through social media sites and I discovered an advertisement of the product on Facebook. I thought of buying it and then ordered it . It is a very serious matter that the consumers are cheated like this . Consumer order anything and receive completely different damaged product. I think some strict actions should be taken against the company. The company should be banned from selling products. I hope through this complaint my problem will be solved, the product will be accepted back by the company and company will learn a lesson.

I had ordered for a casio edifice watch and on 12 october 2019 and the next day a lady called me and asked me for the confirmation for the same. Today (22 october 2019) the delivery boy handed me the item and after unboxing I came to know that I was been cheated. There was only 2 local duplicate fastrack labeled watches and one of its glass is also broken. I will attach the pictures of my order and what I received. I need my money back and there is no fking option to return this thing in their site. This is the first time i am having a horrible experiance like this. I have asked for a call back in their site and they havent called me till now. Somebody please help.

I also ordered combo of Samsung level u Bluetooth head set with Sony truly wireless sports earbuds. But they send me a local JBL wired headphone that is not working anymore. It's a fake company. How can we solve this type of problem 8f any body know about that pls tell me..

I had ordered noise smart watch through watchmart.in, instead got 2 fake fast track watches not worth more than 100rs, this company is fake. I'm doing online fraud case against these guy, once I get the receipt and case papers I'll share here, so that whomever wants to file case can do.
