I raj kumar a local resident of e-164/1 vijay vihar phase ii near sector 4 rohini new delhi 110085the above colony was approved as pass colony last year but there is lot of water logging mainhole blockage in our e - block phase ii as picture attached no one can take action please look into matter and oblige
