Mcd Karol Bagh — Unauthorized vehicle parking

This complaint is for shivaji street no.2 karol bagh, this street is flooded with unused vehicle parking from years. No space to pass with your car even though the street is wide enough. But here old cars & scooters are parked which are of no use & don't even have any owner to whom complaint can be done. All vehicle are becoming dustbin & a place for urinating behind them. Please take some action against them for removing.
