Mcdonald's India — Amount deducted but not refunded

On 13th of november at 1:26pm i did transaction of rs.655 at macd manjeera mall in hyderabad.
First time money got deducted but due to some error bill was not generated.
Again i made transaction and it was successful.
But till now the money has not been credited to my account.
Transaction details-
Sbi debit card 459xx9372 for a purchase worth rs655 on pos mc donalds, at mc donalds, txn#[protected].
