[Resolved] Mcdonald's India — double payment taken and not refunded

I filed complain for twice charged from my card for order i placed on 4th aug. The counter guy told it will be refunded in 24hr but didn't refund till date. For last 15 days i mailed 5 time on

But no reply. I have even messaged on tweeter 10 days back. Just got some automated msg that it will rise the issue but again no response.
