This is the complaint regarding an order no. (Mentioned above) & a copy of bill is also attached along with this email. This order has taken 2 hours 15 minutes to get delivered. We have called 3 times to the customer care and every time we have been informed that your order is in transit. According to our first complaint, if the order was in transit, does it takes one & a half hour transit time to cover a distance of 2.5 km only??
When we called & complaint the 3rd time, your executive again started giving silly excuses. When we asked him to connect to the manager or somebody senior, he kept us on hold for 10 minutes & then disconnected the call. Three times we were given an assurance that you will be called by the rajendra place new delhi outlet and will be given the current status but nobody called up.
Finally we got the order delivered, which was all cold, soggy & incomplete as well. - 1 burger & 1 mc puff was missing in the order. Two mcflurrys were all melted.
Now the point is, what do you think, customers are fools, sitting & waiting for 2 hours 15 minutes, calling your customer care again & again and getting fake & false commitments? And on the top, your executive, better to be addressed as a shameless loser, kept us waiting for 10 minutes & then disconnected the call when asked to connect to his senior.
Are you operating a road side dhaba or it’s a multi-national chain? Shame on you all.
Even a road side dhaba would have delivered in half an hour. Mcdonalds is not even worth that. You are not even at a level to be compared with a road side vendor. This is what you have proved yourself.
There are no sorry, no apologies, no compensations from your side. Why don’t you people write on your tshirts this punch line “ we are shameless & useless, still going good “
