Mcdonald's India — misbehave

At McDonalds near ansal royal Sushant city ajmer road on NH-8 we ordered burger meal suddenly a staff member started misbehaving with us when we asked about the broken window and later on he started abusing us then we captured the snap of that window with that staff member plz take a legal action otherwise we are filing a case at consumer court I am attached the snap which I taken of that staff member so hopefully u take the action otherwise I am taking a legal action about it
