Mcdonald's India — payment issue | |||
Sir, I came to your noida sector 16 branch on 28th september 2018 (Friday) and i am highly dissapointed after having payment issue. I ordered my food and gave my card to swipe for the payment. Once my card was swiped but the person who took my order told me that the payment has not be done, no money has been out. So he asked me to do it again and i did. But after a few minutes later only i got a message from the bank related to the transaction and there were deduction of the money twice. I went back there and asked that if at first only, after swiping the card first time only, money was deducted from my account so why your person asked me to swipe my card again. Your staff had no answer to it. Today also on 4th october 2018 i went to your that branch only and again they had no answer to this. I request you to please solve this problem as soon as possible because i am very much concerned that how all this happened and want it's solution soon. I request you to refund my money as i was not who was responsible for all this still i am suffering. My card has a minimum limit and i don't want my money to be wasted like this. He asked for my phone and filled all 5 stars. I thought he's helping me go through the app. But he put 5 stats and gave it back.. I didn't fill the details my self... So how to undo IT This is my INV# [protected]. Thx...
