[Resolved]  Mcdonald's India — pending refund

I had placed an order using mac donalds app on 01/12/2018 opting for bhim app to pay cash.
My money got deducted and the order never got placed.
When i contacted the customer care about the same the representative told me that due to some issue she could see the money got cut but the order wasn't placed. So i placed the same order again opting for cod.
The representative also told me i will get my refund maximum in 8 days.
Now 16 days has passed and there is no complaint registered nor any actions taken.
The numerous call made to customer care number just tells me to wait for few more days.
