On oct 31 2017 i used my debit card in mcdonalds rajivgandhi airport hyderabad bill no 137 but card is declined and they used two times it shows declined and i paid by cash but amount debited from mya ccount two times . please refund my money . my mail id [protected]@gmail.com

McDonalds at VR Mall are consistent with their racist behavior. After McDonalds commented above, I thought the issue was resolved so I visited again(13th November 2017). And they again did the same with me. They took 25 mins to deliver my order which was incomplete. I completed my order at 19:49 pm (order no 234) and waited patiently in front of their counter (You can check your CC TV). As there was no rush, so they were successful in completing order 245 but only my order was not prepared. After 25 mins, they delivered my order at 8:15 pm with piri piri spice and two large fires missing. When I asked for the Manager Ravi, they said he denied to come out. So I asked them to write the delivery time and sign there . They delivered my complete order by 8:22pm (nearly 32 mins after order was generated).
I have lived in Bangalore for past 7 years but never faced such issue in any other McDonalds store. Being an International brand, I request McDonalds to take action again Manager Ravi, and Joseph for such behavior both the time.
I have attached the screenshot of my order today (13th November 2017)
If the store owner or McDonalds want to continue such racist behavior, please can let our customer know.
