Mcdonald's India — refund amount

I went to mcd, mahagun mall, vaishali on 10.9.17. I had placed an order and made a payment of rs 298.54 via my debit card. But since, the order was placed wrongly, that order was marked as void and the staff informed me that you place another order and this payment will be reversed soon.
Its been 16 days and i have not received any refund.
The transaction ids are vps/mcdonald s /[protected]/0 and vps/mcdonald s /[protected]/0. Please process my refund asap

Hi this suhaas, I found and fly inside the frenchfries which was served to me in McDonald's indranagar Bangalore. And the coupon number of my order was 220 we visited the store around 7:30pm on 4th October and I complained the person he just took the plate and drop in a waste basket ...and we asked them there was no proper response given .
