Requesting for refund...

Had ordered 2 coffees but due to swipe machine problem transaction failed but money deducted from my account. Debit Card ending 5367 for Rs.269.07 in MUMBAI at HARDCASTLE RESTAURANTS on[protected]:15:33:01 I have Citibank receipt of transaction failed and sales reversed. INV. NUM: 024161, Debited money not received

Ok, I did all procedure for refund... Let's see what happen, but I would like to be in your contact untill I receive my money back in my account.
