[Resolved] Mcdonald's India — refund related | |||
I had cancelled an order on 29th August. I was informed that cancellation is successful and refund amount will be credited to the paytm wallet. But I haven't received the refund yet. I raised a compliant with paytm. They would need a confirmation from McD that the order was cancelled and the refund was initiated. But till now, i have not received any update on the issue from McD team. I have been trying to contact them everyday but without any success. i am the ex employee of mcdonald's saharaganj lucknow.i want to claim my pf .i have called manoj sir (delhi) then he gave me the number .but after calling him so many times, nobody is picking up my call.all time when i call about my pf they are only giving the number which is unavailable.
