Mcdonald's India — worst attitude from employee | |||
I have visited your outlet today[protected] evening around 9:43 pm at mcdonald's, ground floor, mantri mall, malleshwaram, bengaluru. I have order 1 large fries and after billing (Attached the bill for your reference), the cashier (Razaq) rudely said collect the product in other counter. I felt insulted. When i bring up this issue to concern manager (Rakshit. T) even after manager consult, his reply was very negligible with unprofessional which made me uncomfortable. During the conversation between manager and myself the cashier (Razaq) arrived at place and started arguing in awful words even he was ready to fight physically. He (Razaq) humiliated me with his 3rd class behavior and rowdy type. Though it was a simple issue, manager could have handle it with a professional way with respectful. I am very disappointed with their worsts attitude. If it continues we wont feel to visit your outlets. My suggestion is to maintain some polite and kindness to the costumers will be appreciable. We love your foods so we can enjoy the fearless environment with family and friends. I am expecting proper action to be taken against the cashier and the manager. Was this information helpful? | |||
