Mcf — Water logging inside house premises

Dear sir
This is to bring to your urgent notice that my house was flooded by rain water today. It is a frequent problem that as soon as the rain starts water starts coming out of all drains in my house from kitchen and all the bathrooms and front and back drains. There is water clogging in the street outside my house too. This leads to flooding in the house.please see attached pictures.The situation is v bad. I request you to kindly look into the matter very urgently and oblige.

Dear Sir
Hope the action is prompt before next rain as house is definitely going to be flooded again. Earnest request to give orders for immediate action as the situation is urgent. Next rain flood means all furniture will be damaged beyond repair. Hoping for favourable action soon and oblige. Thanks
