I am still waiting for the claim amount to be reimbursed to my account. All follow up visits had failed... The contact numbers are in ringing mode. Customer care team is hopeless. I have myself submitted the required documents on 2nd jan'18 at kolkata office & sent the attached claim form via mail with the receipt signature and stamp of the official for their reference.
