It has been nearly 2 months where reimbursement mediclaim has been sent to the MD India however there are only false promises given that the Amount will be credited within 7 days.This is a repetitive response given by the call center & where asked for a senior person to speak with the call is just disconnected saying the senior person is not available .Very pathetic customer service !!! Since it has been conveyed to the complainent that claim no 3018416 has since been sanctioned for Rs245087/ on 13/04/17 in spite of my repeated talk with the concerned they have not remitted me sanctioned amount and unnessary hrassinng me.. Please arrange to send the claim
