Dear sir, i had submitted opd claim on 15th march 2018. You had senta message and wanted some documents which are not relevant in my case. Iwas not admitted to durgapursteelplant hospital. I continued my opd treatment In burdwan medical college hospital. I had submitted prescription and medicine bill in original. The same thinghappened in case of my wife., sulekha nayak. This is in referace of my medical policy in birla sun life insurance no[protected]. That i have submitted medical bills amounting to rs 32036 on 12th april2018 in birla sunlife branch at jaipur. Still i have not received claim amount. Pl let me know and expidite.Thanks
