I hold a Citibank Credit Card. I write with reference to the renewal of mediclaim policy (Good health Policy) and for which a sum of around Rs 64, 900/- has been charged to credit card account as a premium amount. In this connection I would like to inform that I do not want to renew this policy from this year. I had already communicated this to Citi Bank Customer care office and also one of the official of Citi Bank who called me 20 days back. I had also indicated the reason for the same. Therefore, I request you to cancel the policy. I repeat that I do not want to renew the policy this year. I expect that you are going to take necessary action in this regard at the earliest.
