Please refer to your message to my mobile No. o[protected] regarding the above mentioned claim. I have to advise that CMC Hospitals, Vellore will not allow patients to carry original prescriptions (Medicines) and will be collected at the Medicine Dispensing counter. Hence I have submitted xerox copy of the prescription duly advising the fact on the face of it duly signed by me. Regarding the tests all tests are on line and there will not be any prescription for the same. All other details are submitted by me. Please consider the above facts and sanction my bill.
