Mdindia Healthcare Services — Regarding not refund my medical discount amount against case no-MDI6649567

I draw your attention under mentioned few lines for your kind consideration and necessaryinitiation.
That my family covered under TPA MDINDIA last 5 years and Policy No-252100/48/22/00352
That my wife was hospitalised on 16th Oct 2021 to 18th Oct 2021 at Sanjibani Hospital Jharsuguda and case no-MDI6649567.
That it was my unfortunate eventhough the said hospital is panel hospital of MD India, they didn't allow me to cashless service.
That I was contact customercare executiveof MDINDIA that time and put my grieviance regarding cashless but they assure me please pay the bills and apply for reimbursement.
That as for telephonic advice I paid entire Bills of hospital expenses and applied for reimbursement.
That they settled my claim but they knowingly deduct hospital discount..
That now the said Sanjibani Hospital and MDINDIA shows eachother to refund that said amount.
That I am in dilemma who refund the money?
That I am the consumer of MDINDIA last several years and Company chit me regarding cashless of it's Channel Hospital.
Therefore i approach your good-office kindly help me to refund Medical discount.
