Mdindia Healthcare Services — Wrong deduction in claim no MDI6409624
This is to inform you that I (Premnarayan Jaiswal) am the customer of your company, and my policy no. is 191301/28/20/P[protected] and its sum insured amount is 500000. I was suffering from chest pain on June 21, and the doctor suggested bypass surgery (CAG) after a complete investigation. For this treatment hospital (convince hospital Pvt. Ltd., Indore) gave me complete package of CAG is 2, 20, 000/- but after surgery my Blood pressure and heart pumping had been low and doctor use IABP balloon to increase the heart pumping and gave some special treatment to maintain the blood pressure, after completion of treatment total bill amount is 3, 47, 518/- I used the cashless facility for this treatment and My current CCN No. is MDI6409624. But MD India deducted 2, 68, 277/- from total amount, some deduction reasons are properly mentioned and 1, 12, 387/- deduction is showing that SI exhausted, I am unable to understand that if my sum insured is 500000/- and company pay only 71317/-, so how can you write that my sum insured has exhausted.
I have talked to customer care but they are not giving me proper response and so many times they put my call on hold for 15-20 minutes, customer care executive has also provided senior person contact no but he gave me another person contact number and that person never picked the call, I also went to MD India Indore office so many times but there female executive told me that I can check only reimbursement claim, who check the cashless claim he is on live. Every time she gave me the same answer.
So please reimburse my 1, 12, 387/- otherwise I have to take help from IRDA. I hope you can understand my problem and solve it.
