Mebelkart — Regarding product not received

We ordered three items on dated 24/04/2016, reference no. #od[protected]; where as we received only two items and the item with reference no. Mk9141k-66, ganesha reading book, with unit price rs. 1035/-, quantity 1 no. Is still pending. The payment was done in advance for the above mentioned order.
Kindly look into the matter and arrange to supply the same, immedaitely.
