Medanta The Medicity — Harassment by Medanta TPO deptt. | |||
On 17th September 2020, due to Medanta TPO team's mistake in sending treatment documents/discharge summary to insurance company we have to wait for 8-9 hours. Finally, we were informed that we haven't send complete documents to insurance company so patient discharge is possible next day only.So, we had to pay cash from our side for discharge . Later in claiming this amount we had no cooperation from Medanta team . Medanta is least concerned about customer's hard earned money .Only motive is to fill their pockets. From 2 months my money is struck due to Medanta inefficiency. Was this information helpful? | |||
