The extremely good surgeon, coordination OPD service has a horrendous complement in inpatient experience. Also note that i have photographs of some of the issues which i will put on social media on discharge - 1. Water spilled in the washrooms (not by patient) 0 there from start - not being cleaned for hours by housekeeping. and you guys go on about falls - i think you are responsible for falls PHOTOS TAKEN 2. Used syringes left carelessly in the room and not disposed. PHOTOS TAKEN 3. In the pandemic time, bedpens are shared between rooms - this was so scary and so so unhygienic. I had to complain to ensure an individual bedpen. patient waited for 1 hour to pass stool since in post ops and then for room there was no bedpen 4. No sanitiser, no tissues in the room, no towels in the washroom. PHOTOS TAKEN 5. Male GDA being sent for female patient - unforgivable 6. Only 2 options for attendant food both of whom dont serve unless you make multiple reminders. Calls from our room will show records of multiple calls 7. INitial complaint efforts led to just the phone being put down and shoving teh complaint under the carpet. Ensured that at our end we spoke politely but still Finally when i got tsuck a supervisor came to resolve hygiene issues but there is something seriously wrong. I hope the surgeons leave Medanta to go to Max so that as patients we get both great doctors and great inpatient experience. learn form max Was this information helpful? | |
