Medanta The Medicity — Lack of Professional Behaviour and no ethics | |
My mother Mrs. Bachan Gambhir (UHID: MM[protected] is no more. She was died in Medanta emergency ward itself. She was admitted in Medanta on 16 July 2021 at 3 PM. We took appointment of Dr. Nagendra Singh Chauhan through his secretary Mr. Sahil. Doctor came at 3:15 PM and suggest to do corona test to his staff and then they will do angiography. He also said there is no problem and She is alright. We were though that now my mother is in safe hands and we went to book a room to stay at night. After booking a room I came to hospital emergency ward at 8 PM to meet my mother. Then my mother inform me that they took covid sample just now that is at around 7:50 Pm. They have wasted almost 5 hrs to take covid sample. Then at 8:15 PM I have asked one nurse that my mother heart beat is fluctuating (between 180 and 160) she said we have informed the doctor. and then very next minute my mother heart beat reached 250, 260, 275 and then cardiac arrest. This is totally not acceptable from a very reputed hospital. The kind of behavior nurses showed toward patients and their relative is totally rubbish. I have lost my mother just because you guys not considering this seriously. We came from Haridwar just because we know that Medanta is India's one of the top most hospital. You should take strict action against that nurse and staff. But I know you will not do anything. My mother was in emergency ward and she died there. I wish we shouldn't choose Medanta.
