Medanta The Medicity — very poor response and management

Unfortunately we need to come to medanta every 3 months to get my child's peg feeding tube replaced and out her dr that is dr neelam mohan is in medanta. This is the last place we want to visit due to poor customer service and kind of response from endeoscopy dept. Observation. All sisters and brothers are not ready to listen to anything. We are suppose to keep our child on fasting for 3-4 hours. We were given appointment for 10 am but despite several tries we were only given a bed at 12 pm and only after constant reminders to all staff in endoscopy they had put her in fluid. May be there is less staff here due to which all the staff is frustrated.
Kindly look into this matter.
