Medi Assist — cashless claim not settled for 3 months! | |
New india assurance — cashless claim not settled for 3 months! I have a mediassist card which is provided by my company (Tcs), and the insurance is with new india assurance company. There is a cashless claim approved in december 2017, and due to some circumstances, i have paid the money to get discharged from the hospital. (The amount was approved). Now its been three months the new india assurance company is not willing to transfer the money to the hospital bank account. Everything is approved then why new india assurance is doing like this as am unsure. Its is medi assist teams responsibility to get this done as our primary contact is medi assist team Multiple times i have contacted medi assist, team and they keeps escalating for last one month and not getting any update. Sometimes the call will get hold and get disconnect.
