Medi Assist India — claim no.[protected] claim denied issue (for remaining amount after first settlement)

I am working in honeywell international and my wife is working in tcs. We both have mediassist claim provided from our respective companies.

My wife delivery happened on february 8th 2018. Before her delivery i checked with mediassist team regarding reimbursement procedure as my hospital didn't have cashless for mediassist, even i my company (Honeywell international) also providing mediassist insurance, at that time customer care person confirmed that both o[censored]s having upper cap of rs 500000 for normal delivery but as we both (Me and my wife) are working in different companies, if amount is exceeding 50000 then one person can claim 50000 and the remaining amount can be claimed at second person company by providing attested settlement letter, discharge summary and duplicate bills.

As per mediassist team confirmation only we decided to go with the same hospital.

By taking this concurrence i claimed entire amount and got 50000 approved from his insurance and we got the settlement letter from honeywell mediassist.
We attested all the documents including settlement letter, all duplicate bills and discharge sheet from mediassist office pune.
Even the person attested our documents in mediassist shivajinagar pune office also confirmed that the remaining amount will get settle from the tcs mediassist.
We filled reimbursement form in tcs mediassist portal on 11th march 2018 and dropped all the attested documents including settlement letter, duplicate bills & discharge summary at his helpdesk pune on 13 march 2018.

As per the information provided from the mediassist team, i am eligible for the remaining amount ie. Rs[protected].
While we are filling the claim it was asked for total amount as per bill that's why we mentioned rs 83760.
We were assumed that tcs mediassist team will review the documents and approve the remaining amount which i am eligible. But unfortunately my full claim was got denied.
When i called customer care, she told me to send the mail with settlement and claim form. Please find the attached settlement letter and claim form for your reference (Note: we have submitted mediassist attested hard copies of settlement letter).
I was continuously send mails for the status of claim to corporate mediassist mail and they are not providing any reply. I called customer care many times but no proper answer from there side, even every time when i call they were saying within 2 days. Its been more than a month i was running behind this issue.
I took 2 days leave for attesting the duplicate copies of bill and good amount of time for the follow up. Still my issue was not resolved.
Please do the needful as soon as possible for resolving my issue and providing my remaining eligible amount.
