TPA is not considering doctor prescribed PET scan and deducting the money(21403) saying it as advanced receipt though It is done only after doctor presumed TB as cancer and reffered for the scan. In the discharged summery from Shakti hospital Odisha, down the paper doctor has written/reffered to do scan to diagnose cancer.
