Medi Assist India — claim repudiated

I have under gone for cateract surgery for both right and left eye during february 2020 and the same was claimed but i have received only claim for right eye and the second claim still not settled. When i checked online it is showing that claim is repudiated. Kindly let me know the reason and let me know if you need anything else from my side.
Kindly settle the second claim and do the needful.

Hi, You may pl.check terms & conditions of policy document for waiting period or exclusion, if so claim will not be settled otherwise insurer has settle the claim as per terms & conditions of policy.
