After rejecting this claim, i requested them to return my original documents by registering one ticket on 26 sep at 2:43 pm. But still now i didn’t get any documents. I have sending reminder mails and call every week.

Dear Sir,

As part of above complaint, reopened my claim as "Reimbursement Claim Reference Number:[protected]" on 21Dec2018.

Then they requested advice from insurer regarding my claim.

But after that there is no further action happens on this .
Then Re-Open Claim was denied.

So need to request further action on it.
Because almost 6 month is over for processing my claim.
Please do needful.
