[Resolved] Medi Assist India — Insurance cashless claim
This is referring to my claim no 94163092. I am a TCS employee with employee ID: 896089
My Cashless claim took more than 3 days to process and was helpless with calling customer care 29 times in precise and still no help. Additionally the reasons for additional requirements were as stupid as it could ever be. Totally helpless and customer care team has nothing to say but to wait and we will review and keep you updated.
The team has no sympathy against the emergency situations and has nothing to do in relation to help and get the issue resolved.
