This is jenson michael holding ma-id [protected] admitted to renai medicity hospital cochin on 4.12.2017 and undergone a surgery on my left hand fractured finger. Eventhough i was discharged on 5.12.2017 at 1:30 p. M. And submitted all documents for cashless claim it was approved by medi assist only by 8:00 pm. Also the approved amount was only 11, 157 r. S. Is all your claims under cashless only 50%.? This is not the customer service we customers expect? Urgently look into this matter, before we seek legal side. Was this information helpful? | |
